This website is operated by Ezra Home Buyers Real Estate Acquisition and Contract Assignment Services, Seth Ezra Carroll, Saskatchewan. Use it to learn about our direct home-buying process, request a conversation or offer, or apply to our investor network.

Requests are not contracts

Submitting a form, speaking with us, or receiving preliminary numbers does not require you to sell, guarantee an offer, reserve a price, or create a purchase agreement. Any transaction depends on a separate written agreement reviewed and signed by the parties. Depending on the agreement, Ezra Home Buyers may purchase directly or assign its contractual interest to another buyer; the written transaction documents should disclose the applicable arrangement. Timing, condition, financing, title, and other details can affect whether a transaction proceeds. We do not promise a particular price, closing date, or outcome.

Your submissions

Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you are authorized to share. Do not submit another person's confidential information without permission. We may decline abusive, automated, or fraudulent submissions. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Investor network

An investor application does not automatically verify you or guarantee access to any property, deal, or financial return. We review buyers before sharing opportunities. Any specific deal is governed by its own documents. Website materials are general information, not legal, tax, financing, or investment advice; obtain independent professional advice when appropriate.

Content and availability

Website text, layout, brand elements, and original imagery may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We aim for accurate and accessible information, but content may change and the site may be temporarily unavailable. External services and links have their own terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Google Maps address suggestions

Address suggestions on our offer form are provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of those suggestions is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. You may type your address manually if you prefer.
