Refund and Payment Policy

Ezra Home Buyers does not take payments through this website. Requesting a home offer and applying to the investor network are free. Because there are no website purchases, there is no website purchase to refund.

If a separate real estate transaction is later agreed, any deposits, payments, cancellations, and remedies are governed by that transaction’s signed documents and applicable law—not by this website page. Review those documents and seek independent legal advice before signing.
