Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ezra Home Buyers Real Estate Acquisition and Contract Assignment Services, operated by Seth Ezra Carroll in Saskatchewan (“Ezra Home Buyers,” “we”), handles information from ezrahomebuyers.ca and related conversations.

What we collect

When you request an offer, we collect the property address, your name, phone number, email if supplied, and the property and selling details you choose to provide. Investor applicants provide their contact information, buying areas, and criteria. We also receive messages and call information when you contact us. We may record the source of a submitted request, such as campaign tags or a referral page, to understand how people found us. Our hosting and security services may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss the property or investor application, prepare a possible offer, manage our CRM, maintain security, and keep records of our business dealings. We do not sell your personal information. Submitting a form is not consent to unrelated promotional messages. Texts about an offer request are optional and use the separate unchecked text-consent box where shown. Investor deal alerts require a separate agreement during verification; applying alone does not opt you in. If call recording is enabled in our phone service, call recordings or transcripts may be retained; we will provide any required notice during the call.

Who receives it

We use service providers to host the website and CRM, deliver form submissions and email, and support business calls and text messages (including Quo). They process information to provide those services. We may share relevant information with a buyer, lawyer, title professional, or other transaction participant only when needed for a deal you choose to pursue, or when required by law. Service providers may process information outside Saskatchewan or Canada, where different laws may apply.

Cookies, maps, analytics, and address suggestions

Meta measurement is optional. If you choose “Meta lead only,” we do not load Meta Pixel or send Meta a page view; we send one server-side Lead event only after our CRM accepts your cash-offer request. If you choose “Allow analytics,” we also load Meta Pixel and send page-view and matching completed-offer events. Meta events can include your IP address, browser user agent, and Meta click or browser identifiers, but not your offer-form name, phone number, email, property address, or answers. “Essential only” sends no optional Meta event. The Google Ads tag starts with advertising storage denied and is updated only if you choose “Allow analytics.” After a completed offer request, we may send Google Ads a limited conversion signal with storage denied to measure advertising performance. The Saskatchewan service-area map is provided by Google Maps and may send Google your IP address and set cookies when it loads. When you type at least three characters in an offer form address field, we may send that search text through our website to Google Maps Platform to suggest Saskatchewan addresses; if that service is not configured, we may use Geoapify instead. You can always enter the address manually. These providers process search text and technical information under their own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy. Retention and security

We keep information only while reasonably needed for your inquiry, a possible transaction, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. If you want us to review, correct, or delete your information, contact us; legal or transaction-record requirements may limit deletion.

You can decline optional Meta measurement and analytics, leave the optional text box unchecked, and ask us to stop contacting you.
