Cookie Policy

We distinguish essential site functions from optional ad measurement. You can request an offer and apply as an investor without accepting optional tracking.

Essential storage

Your browser stores your current choice locally under ezra-cookie-choice-v2. We ask visitors to choose again after this change; an earlier choice is not treated as consent to the new option. The website and its hosting/security services may use technical data needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and process the forms you submit. This category cannot be turned off on the site.

Meta lead only

If you choose “Meta lead only,” we do not load Meta Pixel or send Meta a page-view event. Only after our CRM accepts your cash-offer request do we send Meta a server-side Lead event to measure the ad. That event can contain your IP address, browser user agent, and a Meta ad-click identifier if present in the page URL. It does not contain your name, phone number, email, property address, or form answers. This choice does not allow general analytics storage or Google Ads storage. Meta may use the event according to its own policies; an event may not always be attributed to an ad.

Optional analytics

With “Allow analytics,” we load Meta Pixel and send matching page-view and completed-offer events to Meta from our server. Those events can include your IP address, browser user agent, and Meta click or browser identifiers; they do not include your offer-form name, phone number, email, property address, or answers. Browser and server events use a matching event ID so Meta can avoid counting the same action twice. We also allow Google Ads storage to measure page visits and completed offer requests. The Google Ads tag starts with advertising storage denied so it can receive your consent setting; choosing “Essential only” or “Meta lead only” keeps that storage denied. After a completed offer request, we may send Google Ads a limited conversion signal with storage denied to measure advertising performance. Our lead form may also store campaign parameters submitted with your request so we can understand which advertising brought in that inquiry.

Other third-party features

The Saskatchewan service-area map is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own terms. Google Fonts are requested from Google to display the site typography. When you type at least three characters in an offer form address field, we may send that search text through our website to Google Maps Platform to return Saskatchewan address suggestions; if that service is not configured, we may use Geoapify instead. You can always enter the address manually. These providers process search text and technical information under their own policies.

Change your choice

Use the “Cookie choices” button below or in a page footer to change your preference. Choosing “Essential only” stops future optional Meta events and Google Ads analytics storage on this site; it does not erase information already received by those providers.
